We’re delighted to announce three exciting new additions to the Impact Sports + Media family: Ryan Beacroft, Erin Walker and Noah Grover-Smith.
Each player is at an important stage of their footballing journey, developing their talent within some of the country’s leading academies and, in Erin’s case, already gaining valuable experience on the international stage. While their individual journeys are different, they share significant potential and a career ahead of them that needs the right support.
For us, signing a young player isn’t simply about securing their next contract. It’s about understanding their ambitions, protecting their interests and helping them build a sustainable career both on and off the pitch.

INTRODUCING OUR NEWEST SIGNINGS.
Ryan Beacroft is a young English footballer currently playing for Reading U18. A versatile player capable of operating as both a defender and midfielder, Ryan has featured in the U18 Premier League across the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons.
His versatility is a valuable asset as he continues to develop, giving him the opportunity to build his experience in different roles and demonstrate his capabilities at a high level. Ryan also holds both English and Dutch citizenship, giving him potential international opportunities as his career progresses.
Erin Walker joins us following an impressive rise through the Manchester City youth setup and England’s youth international pathway.
Goalkeeper Erin has already gained significant international experience with England U17, including three appearances as the starting goalkeeper at the 2026 UEFA Women’s U17 European Championship. She was also selected for England’s 2026 MIMA Cup squad, alongside previous U17 squad selections in 2025.
Her development has included specialist work with goalkeeper coach Michal Korbel, further demonstrating the commitment being made to developing her potential. At such an important stage of her career, we’re excited to support Erin as she takes the next steps.
Noah Grover-Smith is another exciting young prospect joining Impact Sports. The English/Welsh full-back is progressing through Charlton Athletics’ academy and earned a scholarship with the club in 2025.
Noah’s athletic background also adds an interesting dimension to his footballing development. Before focusing on football, he competed in cross country and athletics for Buckinghamshire, recording an impressive 4:58 for 1500m. That endurance and athleticism can provide a valuable foundation as he continues to develop as a modern full-back, contributing both defensively and going forward.
Like Ryan, Noah also has the potential to represent either England or Wales internationally.
supporting players beyond the pitch.
For us, representing an elite footballer means looking at the bigger picture. Young players entering the professional game have a huge amount to consider. Contracts, transfers, career decisions, media opportunities, sponsorships and finances can all become increasingly complex as their profile develops.
That’s where we come in. Through player representation and management, we can help our clients navigate important decisions throughout their careers, whether that means negotiating a new contract, considering a move to another club or identifying opportunities that support their long-term ambitions.
Our role also extends into career development and commercial opportunities. As a player’s profile grows, the right media, marketing and sponsorship opportunities can help them establish a strong personal brand and create opportunities away from the football pitch.
But importantly, our support doesn’t stop at football. Through our wider services, we can help players with areas such as financial planning, tax advice, mortgages and insurance, giving them access to support that considers their life away from the game as well as their sporting career.

BUILDING CAREERS, NOT JUST CONTRACTS
It can be easy to measure a young footballer’s success by whether they secure a professional contract or make their senior debut. While these are important milestones, we believe a successful sporting career is about much more.
Our aim is to help players build sustainable careers, by supporting them through the highs and challenges of professional sport, helping them make informed decisions and preparing them for life beyond their playing careers too.
For Ryan, Erin and Noah, there is still a huge amount of potential to fulfil. We’re proud to be alongside them as they continue that journey.
We’re excited to see what the future holds for our newest clients, and we’re looking forward to helping them make the most of every opportunity that comes their way.
